Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your package ships.

During peak seasons, promotions, or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all domestic orders from the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.


International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. We ship all of our international orders from the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–21 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal services.


International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees determined by the destination country.

These fees:

  • Are not included in your order total or shipping cost

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • Are collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery

We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. International orders may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) apply only to the shipping cost and do not cover duties or taxes on international orders.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages marked as delivered.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
